Turning Point is well suited for Country Club and Corporate events. Several of Toronto’s premier Golf Clubs continue to employ the band for their functions.

The band has also provided the key entertainment for charitable events, including fund raisers for the Rotary Club, Evergreen Hospice and the Canadian Organization for Tropical Education and Rainforest Conservation.

Formed in the late 80’s by Brian Hawkins, Rick Mortson and Richard Bales, Turning Point is a Toronto-area band that specializes in rock and roll, pop and light jazz numbers presented in a highly polished performance.

The core of Turning Point is comprised of five seasoned musicians featuring a female lead singer, rich harmonies, guitar, bass, keyboards and drums. And added to the core are additional players as your event requires.

From the music of Elvis and Roy Orbison, to contemporary Canadian icons such as K.D. Lang and Blue Rodeo, to timeless classics of the swing era, Turning Point delivers a broad palette of musical style that appeals to a wide range of ages.
